TUC SAM Teacher's Day

Yesterday, Taylor's SAM celebrated Teacher's Day. Is it the actual teacher's day? coz no other schools or colleges, not even taylor's Alvls, ADP, ICPU nor business school seems to be celebrating it. Only taylor's SAM. Weird.


Anyway, there was a 'party' in MPH at 9am. It wasn't compulsory. So many SAM students 'ponteng-ed' it. First there was an advertising competition. Basically teachers+students have to advertise a given prop anyhow they like. The props were baseball bat, kettle, fan, umbrella, maths text book, baby float etc.. can't really remember. And there was this really idiotic boy who advertised the kettle and maths book ALONE!! No group members at all. And gosh was he such an idiot, told all the grandmother stories, until the emcee had to shoo him off the stage. Before that, Vivek kept shouting "GET OFF THE STAGE". After that, many many speeches. zzZZ. Melvin represented all the 'G' classes to give a speech. He included a very nice poem. I'll post the poem when I get it from him. Some pictures...

At 11am, there was individual class parties. We had food, drinks, games, more food, more drinks and more games. I also realised that teachers dont like to take individual photos. So the nearest student became their "victim". And sorry I only have photo of 2 teachers coz the rest didn't come, or came after I left.

Btw, KianLeong left us. He went to do some Matrikulasi thing in Gopeng. Christopher also left us. He went to some AIMST foundation thing in Kedah. Yasmin went/will be going to Egypt to study medicine. Haih. G3 lost 3 good classmates. All the best in wtv you all are doing!

Oh, just wanna add on to my Hiking Guide, bring sleeping mat and more socks. Its really alot more comfortable to sleep on sleeping mat than rocks, and socks can prevent your toes from freezing at night. =)
