SQ A380

I'm blogging from the hotel in Sydney now!! wakaka!!

Anyway, in this post, I'll only be talking about my experience on the over-rated Singapore Airlines airbus A380. Double decker, with 6 suite rooms, and business class seats big enough to even do morning exercise. Well, I only got to try the economy class, which I think is more or less same as the other normal airbuses. To be honest, SQ A380 is seriously over rated. There are only 5 of those airbuses in the world, and all are still under testing.

When I just got in the plane, everything seemed so amazing. It was like "WOW I'm in a SQ A380!!!" Then when I got to my seat, the personal screen was larger then usual, and the functions are just so cool. There even is Word processor, Powerpoint, file managing etc etc. It was like a laptop. Darn cool I tell you. Then I checked the songs and movies they had, and to my surprise its actually quite updated. Happily I made a song playlist and eagerly wait for the headphones to come.

After the plane took off, my whole perception of the SQ A380 changed. In the plane I was in, the entertainment system was bullshit. Even with the headphones, there was no audio. Initially I thought it was only my comp, but apparently almost everyone had the same problem. Soon after that, more problems arose. From audio-less to video-less. The movies will only play for 10mins, then it will auto restart. The songs will only run for 10secs, and it will replay all over. GOSH THIS IS BULLSHIT WEI!! And the worst of all, the tail wind of 195km/h caused terrible turbulence and the plane was worst than a 10 year old bus sekolah. First was no entertainment, now no peaceful sleep. GAH!

Nevertheless, their food was nice. There even was ice cream for dessert. And after we landed, they gave each passanger a box of chocolate as compensation. But apparently the SQ A380 that my parents took 2 days ago didn't have such problems.

Thats about all for my experience in the SQ A380. I'll update my blog whenever I get internet access, and probably try to upload pictures if I have time to. But most likely I'll just do mass editing when I get back to KL. So for now, plain and simple k? Sorry yea!
